Well, the 850 square feet that we have here is feeling a little short these days. It fairly capacious by Manhattan standards and worth a pretty penny at the widely accepted $1000 per square foot. But the “junior 4″, which should actually be called junior 2 bedroom, limitations are becoming apparant. The dining room/nursery/office/junior bedroom has no natural light. If it did, this would be a “real” 2 BR and would command mucho premium. This lack of light makes it useless during the day. So I sit here watching the World Cup on DVR at my dining table with my feet propped up on Zubin’s ride-on rocket toy. His stuff is everywhere. We need control, we need square footage. We are considering our options.
