For the last week, we have been using a different type of diaper for the Z-unit. In the midst of this freakish rain in NYC, I sloshed over to our local supermarket and could not find his normal #3 Cruisers. So, instead for the same price I brought home the Huggies “Supreme” variety which seemed to be positioned at the top of the Huggies product family and could give the old standard a run for the money. Based on the experiences in the last three days, let me just extend my hearty congratulations to Proctor and Gamble Incorporated, because the competition ain’t got nothin’ on them. The last three days have been fraught with leaks overnight and just a rather noticeably greater number of really full diapers. So the Huggies are wetter, heavier, thicker and bulkier. My educated guess, is that it all adds up to just plain uncomfortable for Zubin’s “boys” down there. I can just imagine the marketing copy now: Pampers Cruisers…the man’s diaper.
